Phil put siding on our house a couple of years ago and did a great job…he and his crew took extra steps to hide seams wherever they could, and even some knowledgeable neighbors commended on how nice the job looked when it was done.
Last year, Midlands got to replace some of that siding and our entire roof following a severe hail storm that did a lot of damage. Again, the work was done quickly and very well.
More recently, I asked Phil to check out an issue with some water that appeared to be getting into my house from the roof. He checked it out and, even though it wasn’t a roofing issue, took care of the problem.
