Phil and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. They resided our house, replaced 6 windows, replaced the gutters, and added gutter guards. The process was seamless the entire way with great communication throughout the process. We are more than happy with the final product and the price was competitive. We get compliments weekly about how nice the house looks. I would recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat. Thanks Phil!

Midlands Siding and Windows is the best in the business. Phil took his time to discuss the project and was willing to explain the BEST and RIGHT way to proceed. Quality craftsmanship is his forte! We had severe water damage around our chimney and his team took the time to properly repair the damages before installing our new siding and windows. We also received a free roof inspection - no problems there, but I know who to call when it's time for a new roof.

Phil and his son Peter did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the project so I knew what to expect and when. I would highly recommend Midlands Siding and Windows to anyone wanting a project completed stress-free. Thank you Phil, Peter, and the rest of the crew! The house turned out great!

Phil and his crew did an amazing job residing our home with James Hardie siding and building our new deck. To get quality workmanship at an affordable price was what I was looking for and that's exactly what we got from Phil. Five years later our home and deck still look amazing! I recently had an issue with a spot on my roof from a previous contractor and Phil was the first person I called to come look at it because I trust his opinion and I know he will fix it right. Midlands Siding helped me when the other guys wouldn't. I had a small amount of roof damage from the wind and Phil took care of it before some bad weather rolled in, potentially saving me from a lot worse problems. I would highly recommend this company!

Phil and his crews did a terrific job siding our home and installed new windows and a beautiful sliding glass door to our back yard. Phil Lorsung and his crew do excellent work. They have replace 7 windows in my home and came highly recommended by a family friend. I absolutely LOVE my new windows. They are beautiful and far more efficient than the original contractor grade windows. After careful thought and thorough investigation, Phil recognized that the cause for my water leak was due to an improper/out-of-code window installation by the original home builder years before.
